My husband and I are on a roadtrip from miami and per yelp this place looked amazing so we stepped in to try some appetizers at a new spot .The location was supper cute , nicely decorated, the service was friendly , very attentive and quick .For food, we are so sad we were in a rush cause we were only able to order two things , wings and empanadas which were both so flavorful that I can only imagine how good the entrees would've been .Next time we go up we will be trying a lot more !

Parkside Eats is such a cute brunch spot in Metuchen. It's a little off of the main downtown area so it's easy to not know it exists but I had a great experience and meal there. There are such cool Ube and Pandan flavors that make for such a unique meal. Service was great, all the staff members were attentive and friendly.

Went here after it got suggested by a friend and loved everything! Staff was great, food was delicious and the drinks were perfect ! Had the French toast , the empandas and a salad.Will definitely come back next time I'm in the area

Really cool vibe and yummy menu! We came because the other brunch place we were looking at had a long wait. Inside is small and well decorated. Minimalist and funky! Menu is a mix of American food with an Asian and Latino influence. You'll find both an Ube empanada and one filled with ropa vieja. We all tried the AVO Hot Chili Toast, Ube waffle, and fried cheese curds. Everything was delicious. Ube was not overly sweet!! Owner checked in on us several times. I wish we lived closer!

This place is the newest hot breakfast! From the unbelievable floats to the fruity pebbles pancakes to the ube toast this place is top notch !The owner takes a lot of pride and take in his scratch kitchen and it really shows! They have breakfast and lunch all day you can't go wrong with anything on the menu! Get the sliders tho !
